c.1815 Town House Sill/Corner Post Repair…and HUGE Water Tank Removed (not by me!)

End of water tank (almost 4′ across).
Pressure Tank
Old riveted tank was the water supply for a nearby cemetery. The floor had been removed and cement footers poured to support the tank.
Removed Sills 1
Original flat-wedged granite foundation (pre-1830).
Removed Sills 2
Lifting the building from major posts near to the top plate.
TH Joist Repair
Cement tank supoorts have been knocked lower. New joists. 1″ subfloor boards are next. Note wainscot on left wall with old red paint.
